Food and health
Food cooked in a family need not keep everyone healthy. By age group wise food required by each individual is not the same. Say in a family of five members there are two senior citizens, two middle aged people and two children. You are what you eat. Eating the right food is essential. Eating what one loves and also having control on the quantity of food makes, one healthy. Taking too much of food that one loves is one of the causes of ill health. Similarly for the drinks one should have control.
Although the ingredients and final composition of food is same, the taste and value need not be the same.
