Losing identity

Life is simple. Don't make it special. Enjoy every aspect of life by being present. Don't ever have one  identity, identity leads to crisis. Identity makes conscious of oneself. There is no freedom of thought and deed in being a specialist. Being curious and having many life's in one one life is the real freedom to life and enjoy life. Identity cards are like ear markings on an animal.

SPIRITS WITHOUT SPIRIT

Young children consider teachers are supreme and give them respect. Many children when asked what is that they want to become in life they say they want to be a 'Teacher'. If Teachers were asked about their Goal in life, they are puzzled. The profession chosen is not the goal, but the purpose and values around the act describe the Goal.

The teachers as adults if they are without a goal, how can they inspire the children towards a goal. And such teacher never would be able to explain what is a Goal. The child never gets to understand what is a goal.

Understanding the purpose of life at an early age gives more value to life. Children need not fix a goal. Goals can change in time and space for children, but after reaching certain age, say about 12 to 14 years of age they should understand what is a goal and strive towards it.

Spirit is a basic instinct which should be always active in ones life to achieve goal/s. Spirit is a precursor to goal.

Education is useful for Knowledge. Experiential Knowledge of children is very rare. In the modern education system the experience or practicals imparted to students is very little. This education system would not help a child to survive in nature even for a day. Education system creates a dependant human beings. The confidence levels of a child is low as far as survival skills are considered.

LEADERSHIP FOR EARTH

True leaders have freedom and strive for the freedom of one and all. There are leaders who lead on specific issues and concerns. A leaders goal is always within the common goal. A great sets the goals which are not so easy achieve in ones life time. A great leader inspires and becomes the source for great leaders evolution. A leader is not one who considers himself shepherd and the people around sheep to follow. Followers are just slaves, there is no master and slave relationship in leadership. A leader is not a leader. The common goals to be achieved is not one persons job. Therefore a leader inspires and in the space of everyone a great leader, the common goals are achieved. The sustainability lies in this space of leadership. Leadership is the space of everyone being a leader and not just one.

Footprint of a Leader should be the smallest

A true leaders footprint should be the smallest and should be an example for everyone by leading an environmentally conscious live i practice too. The president of a nation should not live in large buildings. They could dedicate such space to educational institutions or museums. The life cycle of the spaces they live in has huge impact. Gandhiji's life our leaders should adopt. The current politicians live no less than the erstwhile kings. The erstwhile 'Mantris' are 'Kings' today in democracy..

God is in everything...

During one of the Geo Spirit meets in the Nallamalai Forest area. A team of 15 people attending the Geo Spirit meet spent a night with the Chenchu Tribal people. In the morning the tribals were cooking breakfast using locally collected leaves (Devadaru plant) and other fruits. We all were hungry. We thought they would serve the breakfast immediately after cooking. But we were asked to wait for half an hour. They said that they would serve only after offering the food cooked to their gods. One of the persons has taken bath. Took the food (Prasadam) in fresh leaves and placed before the stones. These stones locally available in millions were simple slabs. Although they have no significant shape, but they pasted dots of Kumkum (red vermillion) of haldi (yellow turmeric) on them. They had specific names for each stone. If one of the stone is missing they would have identified another stone to start praying. There was a peacock feather adjacent to their 'GODS' and trees surrounding the place. There were just praying the stones and life around as God / Gods. Nature and ecosystem is real god for them, giving life and space. Ultimately their belief is that "God is in everything", including non-living things like stones.
