If some one writes an exam by taking the help of friends by calling over a phone or talking to them, refers a book or searches Internet, he is called a cheater. After getting a job to solve a problem one need to exactly take the above means, then they are called efficient and successful people.
Our present education system never aspires to teach children real education. Where children pass an exam and in their life can't ever pass or perform equally again. This education is cheating, as a students standard is variable and degrades with time.
The politicians need not know or understand the constitution to become rulers.
